None of the fixes with deleting registry keys, MS Office repair, deleting temp folders worked. The problem was with Internet Explorer. Check this:
Open Inernet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings
Uncheck all boxes (proxy, automatic detection etc.)

Using LogMeIn after restarting the computer I was getting blank screen (blue), with a mouse cursor, nothing else. This happened to the computer that was infected with several viruses and after cleaning and rebooting this was a result.
